What to Wear: Sunburn Outfit Inspo with fbb

It's 3 days to go for Sunburn 10 and I am already feeling the party vibes in air. If you are still stuck figuring out the right outfit for the fest, here I am to your rescue. 1. Casual Glam

I paired a sultry coral top with jet black leggings for this look. Since, Sunburn is all about music and dance, any outfit with sequin detailing like on this one and a bit of glitz is perfect for the fest. The vibrancy of the top makes it a great pick for Sunburn.

2.  Comfort Addiction

If you are someone who loves all things comfy then this is the look for you. I paired this melange blue sweatshirt with an ankle length distressed jeans. Totally loved the way it fit me like a 'dream'. (What a sweatshirt reference!) At Sunburn, you will not be allowed to carry any bags, so the pockets of such denims can serve as the best carriers of cash & cards.

3. Bohemian Vibes

Who doesn't love boho? I am quite sure you might have given a thought of getting your hands on something like this for Sunburn. Don't think twice before making it as your outfit for the fest as it is super trendy and comfortable at the same time.

4. Classy Stunner

A shift dress is another outfit that you may opt for. Something as classy and chic as this in a pure white hue will definitely turn some heads at the fest. You need not accessorise it much as the dress in itself will be a stunner.

Christmas Day Lunch Outfit

Hello girls,

With Christmas vibes in air right now, I am sure you must have started pondering upon what to wear for Christmas parties. While figuring that out is not that difficult, I thought you guys would need help when it comes to deciding what to wear to office lunch or a lunch date this Christmas day. It is then when your glitzy attires might have to take a back seat and require you to slip into something dressier but not too informal at the same time.  

How about ditching the jeans and going for a skirt instead? Pair a vibrant colour top with a knee length skirt. This would make you look pretty much appropriately dressed for the lunch. In an attempt to look your best, don't end up wearing anything over the top. Something like this should get you going good!

Fall Look 2016 - Liberent OOTD

Hello Chicas,

I am currently loving the not so cold winter of Mumbai! It is neither scorching hot nor chilling cold, it is what they call a prefect weather for all kind of clothes. Keeping this in mind, I have styled this fall look. It is comfy, totally in vogue and has the right proportion of jazz and warmth. 

Burgundy is one of the trending colour of fall fashion 2016 and I could think of no other colour but this for the fall look. I got this shift dress from Liberent.com on rent and styled it up with tanned gladiators. The studs, the colour and the length seemed perfect for this festive season and it emancipated Christmas vibes in every way! 

It you are looking for an outfit for a dine out with friends this season that isn't too partyish then pick up something like this. There are multiple ways of styling it. If there is a lot of cold you can wear boots and throw on a fur jacket. You can add some chunks of accessories and dress it up or down as you please. I however loved the way it originally was and decided to keep it like that.

Bodacious Black Blazer Look!

A black blazer is one staple clothing piece that lies hanging there in our wardrobe waiting for its turn to arrive. We rarely happen to pull it out except for an interview or for a meeting. While we do so we tend to forget how bodacious it leaves us looking every time we wear it. We tend to underestimate how functional they are and the versatile ways we can style them in. From pairing them with a classic white shirt to a casual graphic t-shirt and distressed jeans. They work wonders as an add on to up the style quotient of any look. Hence, I decided to style the one lying back in my closet into a stunning look that is fall ready!

I styled my classic black blazer with a powder blue tank top and jet black leggings. Notice how less casual they made my leggings look instantly. To add a pop of colour I have married a mustard yellow sling with the look. I love the way it takes the look to a whole new level. The strapped black box heeled shoes add a perfect touch of poise to the look. On the jewellery front I went for statement crystal ring and earrings that gel well with the elegance and sophistication. 

In terms of make-up, I kept it super formal with a matte pink lippie and regular winged matte eye liner. Added some bit of mascara to my lashes and dust some loose powder over the face. Left my tresses open and was all set to stun everyone with this look!

So, go throw on your blazer and get all dressed up to kill!

Oriflame The One Lip Sensation Matte Mousse Lipstick Review

Hello chicas,

I have finally got my hands on to the much awaited liquid lipsticks by Oriflame. I had no plans to review them initially but when I tried them on, I felt they were worth a review! They will be available for order in December and are price at Rs 699. You can avail them at Rs 489 in the next month from any Oriflame consultant. 

I got 3 out of the 7 lipsticks which have been launched in India- Soft Mulberrry, Red Velvet and Rouge Red. I am a sucker for red lipsticks so I ended up picking both the red tones in the range. Mulberry Blush is a medium plum shade, Red Velvet is a subtle red with pink undertones and Rouge Suede is a classic dark blood red shade. 

Although these are matte liquid lipsticks, they don't dry out like other usual liquid lipsticks which is a really good thing about them. They have a creamy texture and are highly pigmented. One swipe is all you need and you are ready to go. They are quite long lasting but you might have to pull out the wand and make a swipe after meals. Luckily, all the three shades which I took look quite flawless after application. Some other are known to look a bit patchy. If you have patchy lips and if you lips tend to dry out fast, I suggest you apply lip balms before applying these. What I really loved about these is, when you need to take them off, they come out without much of a hassle. Otherwise liquid lipsticks tend to cause a lot of dilemma to your lips when you are taking them off. 

The range covers every shade you would wish to have in Pinks, Reds, Corals and Plum. You are bound to find a fit for your lips and your lipsticks collection. You can go for them as your first every liquid lipstick without thinking twice. They won't disappoint you!

Overall, they are those matte lipsticks which you have been looking for with great pigmentation, great texture, long lasting yet non drying & chapping.

Slaying it in Denims!

Hello Lovelies!

We all have that one go-to denim in our closet that pulls off all sorts of looks. It usually ranks high on all fronts- versatility, fit, comfort, feel, design, oomph and trend. We happen to wear it more often than the others and it accompanies us to most of the occasions and at times even when we are travelling. My favourite pair of denims is the first one to make it into my travel bag and some times it is the only one. Wonder why? It allows me to style it in various ways I like. I have put together 5 different looks with my favourite denims to show you how! 

1. Date Night Look

I have paired my favourite denims with a white laced top and a beige jacket. With Winter approaching and the temperature going down, a jacket is a wise add on to your dinner date looks. I have gone for a red sling and matched my lips to it Scarlett red hue. To let the red dominate my face and the lace my neck, I have chose to stay away from any jewellery pieces for ears and neck. However, I did add a statement ring to make-up for the lack of jewellery for this look. Notice how the washed effect of my denims compliments the white colour of my top. 

2. Work Wear

 I styled a mesh cut out pattern top with my denims. I added a brown tote that does justice to the formal nature of the look. I wore a classic pearl diamond necklace along to add a right proportion of elegance. When it comes to work wear, black pumps are a default wear. 

3. Club Wear 

When we think club wear a sequin top or dress tops our list. Adorn your ears with some bling like I did, swipe red lipsticks on your lips, paint your nails red, slip your feet into some heels, add a diamond studded clutch and you are all set to kill it with this look!

4. Fusion Wear

Boho jewellery is in vogue and I am totally loving this trend. I wore a backless kurti with my denim and added some chunks of silver boho earrings and handcuff for this look. I matched my bidded footwear to the embroidery details on my kurti. Thereby making the look prettylicious.

5.  Casual Look

The season of hoodies is here and my casual look had to be about it. I clubbed a striking red zipper with my denims and accessorised it with a classic watch. I wanted to keep the hot quotient of the hoodie intact and hence I wore a red lipstick along. Since, the top portion was screaming red, I toned down the bottom with a pair of grey sneakers.
