Forever 21 Haul

Hello chicas,

It is that time of the year when shopaholics like me and you end up spending all our money on sale! So, there was a flat 50% off sale at Forever 21 and hence going there was mandatory. I picked up some basic dresses, formal shorts and skirts. My aim was to add some cool stuff to what I can wear to office and I was successful in doing so.

The first thing I picked up was an olive green basic dress. I was hunting for something olive green desparately since long time and I found it in the sale. So, I just had to buy it. I did not expect it to look great on me as I thought it will make me look too skinny, but to my surprise it totally compliments my body shape by hugging it at right places. This motivated me to go for dress number 2 which was of same pattern but slightly longer, full sleeved and in the colour beige! It is hard to tell you how lucky I felt to get these two dresses at an unimaginable price!

Next up, it was time for some bottoms! We had a shorts day in office, so I thought there's on better place on Earth to find them than at Forever 21. As expected, Forever did not fail to meet my needs and I found a gorgeous, super chic and classy pair of formal shorts in marsala colour. This was again at an never expected price. It was then that I realised how hard life would be if there was no F21.

I had made an unwritten rule in my mind that I would not shop the regular stuff and go for stuff that my wardrobe lacks. Trust me girls, having a rule like this saves you from being confused about what to shop, save your time in the changing room as you don't end up picking every outfit of your size in the store and save money, energy etc. Forever is known for amazing skirts collection and I came across one black beauty that would make a great formal attire. It had me sold the minute I tried it on. It is a long pencil skirt with black lining details. I had tried some more but I thought I should save a bit and went only for the black one. However, I still get the other two in my dreams now and make me kick myself mentally for not having bought them home.

I had not thought of buying any jewellery but I came across one golden chained choker and I could not resist myself from buying it as it was a steal at the sale price! I am sure this happens to all of us when we don't think we would buy something but still end up buying it just for the discounted price, doesn't it? Let me know in comments.
